If you saw my stories yesterday, you've probably n If you saw my stories yesterday, you've probably noticed that I've started the Gutright Kickstart program by @atpscience. I got it for Christmas from my husband who knows about my gut problems and that I'm constantly working on them. And I'm so excited to finally start! I didn't want to half do it, while we had some social events planned, that included alcohol and food that's off the list. But no more excuses! 🙂 
I definitely don't believe in quick fixes, especially when it comes to gut health, however, I am super excited about this product. The ingredients are amazing and I truly believe that they can support good health when combined with a balanced diet. And even though I don't think one little program can heal my gut in 10 days, I believe it's definitely going to do me very good.

Have you heard about the Gutright? I read about it several years ago and have wanted to try since then.

Pokud jste vcera shledli moje strories, tak jste si asi vsimli, ze jsem zacala program Gutright od @atpscience. Suplement jsem dostala k Vanocum od manzela, ktery velmi dobre vi o mych problemech se zazivacim traktem a o tom, jak se s tim snazim neco udelat. A ja jsem nadsena, ze jsem konecne mohla zacit! Nechtela jsem program drzet jen na pul, protoze jsme do vcerejska meli naplanovane ruzne rodinne a spolecenske akce, ktere zahrnovaly alkohol a jidlo, ktere je mimo seznam. Ale ted uz zadne dalsi vymluvy!
Ja rozhodne neverim na diety a tzv. quick fixes, zvlaste, pokud jde o zdravi nasich strev, ale zatim jsem z tohohle produktu opravdu nadsena. Jeho slozeni je naprosto super a ja verim, ze v kombinaci s vyvazenou stravou muze podporovat zdravi. A i kdyz si nemyslim, ze jeden program muze uzdravit streva za 10 dni (kez by), tak verim, ze mi to udela jen dobre.

Co vy, uz jste nekdy o Gutright slyseli? Ja o nem cetla uz pred nekolika lety a od te doby jsem ho chtela vyzkouset.

Pokud milujete houby a asijskou kuchyni, tak vam slibuju, ze jste na spravnem miste. A tenhle recept je tak jednoduchy, ze uz to snazsi snad ani byt nemuze, ale i tak je doslova nabity chutemi. Lehce krupava hliva a pikantni majoneza = dokonala kombinace. Uprimne je to takova pecka, ze jsem behem dvou dnu delala hlivu hned dvakrat. Recept najdete u me na blogu a jestli ho zkusite, tak mi dejte vedet, jestli vam hliva taky tak chutnala 😊

Den volna a dobra vyzivna snidane na zacatek. Salatove listy, mix na coleslaw bez zalivky, restovana zelenina a pecene bataty s jalapeño omackou a navrch michana vejce. Pro nekoho mozna trochu divoka kombinace, ale pro me naprosto perfektni 😜
