Healthy weeknight dinners can't get much easier that this. Combine these BBQ Chicken Drumsticks (Paleo, Low Carb, Keto) with a salad or Cauliflower Puree and you're set for a win.

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade in a large bowl. Then add the chicken drumsticks and massage the marinade onto the meat. Cover the bowl and let it rest in the fridge for at least one hour prior cooking.
  2. Preheat an oven on 180 °C. Mix the chicken with the marinade one more time and then transfer everything into a baking dish.
  3. Place the baking dish uncovered into the oven and bake the chicken for about 45 minutes.
  4. Serve the chicken drumsticks with your favourite salad, roasted vegetables or for example with my /cauliflower-puree-paleo-whole30-low-carb/ or Fennel And Butternut Squash Puree.
